OnlinePersonalTrainer.uk is a trading name of CLOCKWISE LTD (company no. 15143248), registered in England & Wales.

Our coaching is for adults aged 18 or over who are well enough to exercise. When you join, you confirm that this is true and that the information you give us is accurate.

We provide online personal training: a training plan and a nutrition plan made for you, delivered online. There are no in-person sessions.

• Coached: your training and nutrition plan, a weekly 1-to-1 check-in, messages with your coach and a plan updated every week.
• 12-Week Kickstart: everything in Coached for 12 weeks.
• Plan only: your training and nutrition plan, updated monthly, with no check-ins or messages.

We send your first plan within 48 hours of receiving your completed sign-up form. We provide our coaching with reasonable care and skill.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Coached is £79 a month, and the first month is £39. The 12-Week Kickstart is £199, paid once. Plan only is £29 a month.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Monthly plans are paid in advance and renew each month on the same date until you cancel. The 12-Week Kickstart is paid once and does not renew.

If we change the price of a monthly plan, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

There is no contract. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing hello@onlinepersonaltrainer.uk before your next payment date. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and you are not charged again.

We may end your plan if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your plan, or by being abusive to your coach. If we do, we refund any part of a payment that covers time after the end date.

Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full, even if your coaching has started. Our refund policy explains how it works.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it gives you at least as much.

Our coaching is fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Before you start, read our health disclaimer. Speak to your GP first if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or have been told to be careful with exercise.

Tell us about any injury or health condition, and tell us if anything changes. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel unwell, dizzy or in pain.

Your results depend on many things, including following your plan, your food, your sleep and your health. We will coach you with care, but we cannot promise a particular result. Numbers shown on this site marked “Example” are illustrations, not a client’s results.

Your plans and our website content belong to us. You can use your plan for your own training. Please do not share, copy or resell it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Otherwise, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one on this page when you buy or renew your plan.
