When you join, you tell us what you eat in a normal week, what you like and dislike, and how your days run. Your coach builds your nutrition plan from that, alongside your training plan.
The NHS says an average woman needs about 2,000 calories a day and an average man about 2,500. Your target is set for you, not for an average person, and it changes as your weight and activity change.
Counting calories is one way to hit your target, not the only one. Some people prefer portions or a simple plate guide. Your coach picks the way that suits you.
Nutrition coaching is for healthy adults who want to lose weight, build muscle or eat better. It works with any food culture and any budget.
Your coach, Bez (Behzad Hosseini), holds a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance. He is not a dietitian. If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, kidney disease or an eating disorder, or you need a special diet for health reasons, speak to your GP or a registered dietitian first.
Nutrition is in every plan. Coached adds a weekly check-in and messages. Plan only gives you the plan for £29 a month.
